Particularly, such bills are being elaborated for the second reading: on laws and regulations, Reg. No. 0922; on amendments to the Civil and Commercial Codes of Ukraine (re agreements on commercial concession) Reg. No. 0923; on amendments to article 536 of the Civil Code of Ukraine (re amount of interest for use of another's monetary assets) Reg. No. 0925; on amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine re guarantee of immunity for some officials, Reg. No. 0976; on proposal of the President to the Law “On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re formalization of inheritance”, Reg. No. 0985.
The Committee also elaborates some draft laws for consideration in the first reading:
on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine (re citizens’ rights for access to notary services and services of registration of immovable property), Reg. No. 1105;
on amendments to the Civil Code re exclusion of the term negative information, Reg. No. 1257;
on amendments to article 1058 of the Civil Code of Ukraine (re liability of a bank for violating terms of bank deposit agreement) Reg. No. 2202;
on amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine (re establishing ceiling amount of cash payments), Reg. No. 2641;
on supplementing several legislative acts of Ukraine (re simplifying the inheritance procedure);
on a law-making popular initiative, Reg. No. 3847.
The Committee also plans to conduct hearings entitled “On the practice of applying the Law “On Notariate,” and a round table entitled “On the practice of applying the Law “On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.”
